Beacon’s benchmarking compliance, utility monitoring, and alerts services are available for a limited time at $95/month. Everything is included in one monthly price and with no hidden fees. Offer ends on 12/31 and this package will return to the regular price of $199/month.

The City of Seattle requires owners of commercial and multifamily buildings larger than 20,000 square feet to report energy usage data using ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager. Seattle Benchmarking offers a building benchmarking service for property owners, Powered by Beacon. Senate Bill 5854
Non-compliance fines for will be streamlined into a single Notice of Violation issued 90 days after the June 1st reporting deadline in place of quarterly accruing fines.
Fines for properties between 20,000 and 50,000 square feet will be $2,000.
Fines for properties greater than 50,000 square feet will be $4,000.
Water, gas, and electric data comes directly from the utility provider. Fire and security alerts are delivered live directly from our central station. One monthly price, no hidden fees, no hardware required.
